Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible, the sneakers must be clean, unworn, and in resellable condition.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we can only process the refund once the pair arrives at our address:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the sneakers, we’ll issue a refund for the product price.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow a few days for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or model, simply return your pair for a refund and place a new order.

Kickstarter Orders

Kickstarter orders do not follow this return policy.
Crowdfunding contributions are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
